Prize Draw – Newsletter Subscription
hereinafter referred to as the "Prize Draw"
I. General Provisions
These Terms & Conditions set out the rules, conditions, duration, and operation of the Prize Draw, as well as the rights and obligations of the participants and the Organizer.

II. Prize Draw Period
The Prize Draw is valid from May 1, 2026, until revoked.
III. Eligibility and Participation Conditions
The Prize Draw is open to all natural persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity, and who:
-subscribe to the Retro Jeans newsletter,
-accept these Terms & Conditions.
By providing their email address, the Participant automatically subscribes to the Retro Jeans newsletter and, upon successful subscription, will receive the coupon code by email.
The coupon code is valid exclusively for new newsletter subscribers and visitors who have not previously created an account in the webshop, and may only be redeemed on their first purchase.
Employees of the Organizer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who is found to be participating in the Prize Draw in a fraudulent or abusive manner.
IV. Prize
As part of the Prize Draw, the Organizer will provide each eligible Participant with a coupon code by email, which may only be redeemed on the Participant's first purchase.
The Participant is entitled to one of the following discounts, depending on the offer displayed to them:
5.000 Ft kedvezmény, minimum 30.000 Ft összértékű vásárlás esetén, vagy
15% kedvezmény a teljes vásárlás végösszegéből.
Each Participant is entitled to only one type of discount, as determined by the offer displayed during the newsletter subscription process.
The coupon code is valid exclusively for new newsletter subscribers and customers who have not previously registered an account in the webshop.
The coupon code may be redeemed within 30 days from the date it is sent.
The coupon discount cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
VI. Data Protection
The personal data provided during the Prize Draw will be processed by the Organizer in accordance with its Privacy Policy in force at the time, available at:

By subscribing to the newsletter, the Participant consents to receiving marketing communications from the Organizer. The Participant may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.
VII. Complaints
Complaints relating to the Prize Draw may be submitted using the following contact details:
The Organizer will review and respond to all complaints within 30 days of their receipt.
VIII. Final Provisions
The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw or to terminate the Prize Draw at any time without providing a reason.
